By registering for a badge, paid or complimentary you agree not to sell, trade or share your comp code, barcode confirmation or badge to anyone else with out written permission from Comic-Con International and further you agree that if you do so, Comic-Con has the right to cancel your badges and keep any money you may have paid. Barcodes and badges that have been sold will not be honored by Comic-Con.

The refund request deadline is June 20, 2011. All refunds after June 20, 2011 are subject to approval and delay, and may be not be refunded until after Comic-Con 2011. All refunds requested after July 20, 2011 must be submitted on a refund consideration form, available on the main registration page at www.comic-con.org and are at the sole discretion of San Diego Comic Convention. No refunds for Comic-Con 2011 will be considered if received after September 1, 2011. No refunds for any convention prior to 2011 will be issued. No badges will be transferred to a future convention at anytime.
Terms and Conditions
By registering for a Comic-Con badge, paid or complimentary you agree not to sell, trade, or share your comp code, barcode confirmation, or badge to anyone else without written permission from Comic-Con. If you do so, Comic-Con has the right to cancel your badge(s) and keep any money you may have paid. Barcode confirmations and/or badges that have been sold by anyone other than San Diego Comic Convention/Comic-Con International will not be honored by Comic-Con.
I understand that I must register an individual name for each badge and that each name must match a photo ID to receive a badge onsite. If Comic-Con finds that you have purchased more than one badge in your name for any day, Comic-Con has the right to cancel your duplicate badge(s) and keep a $5.00 service fee per badge.
All badges are the property of San Diego Comic Convention (SDCC) and must be relinquished to Comic-Con on request. By attending Comic-Con or any part of Comic-Con, you agree to allow Comic-Con International, its agents, licensees or assignees, the right to use your image and/or likeness by media now known or hereafter devised for advertising and/or other promotional purposes. You also agree not to take pictures or videos where posted or announced as prohibited and agree that any permitted photos or videos will not be used for any commercial purposes and will not be made publically available or generally displayed without prior written consent of SDCC.
BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT IN ADVANCE. PLEASE BRING YOUR BAR CODED CONFIRMATION LETTER AND PHOTO ID ONSITE TO RECEIVE YOUR BADGE. BADGES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT A PRINTED, BAR CODED CONFIRMATION and ID.
TRANSFER/RESALE POLICY: RESELLING, SHARING OR TRANSFERRING A COMIC-CON BADGE OR COMPLEMENTARY PASS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND COMIC-CON 2011 YOU MUST APPLY FOR A REFUND BY JUNE 20, 2011 FOLLOWING THE REFUND POLICY LISTED BELOW.
COMIC-CON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ITS CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
