Once again, Action Figure Xpress will be at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con International in full force with some incredible exclusives and guests! Comic-Con is that special event for fans to get a sneak peek at upcoming products and also to interact with designers, manufacturers, artists, celebrities, and more.

What good is Comic-con these days without some cool exclusives to buy? For the past several years we’ve debuted a host of limited edition and exclusive products at Comic-Con. The following is a tentative list of exclusives we will be selling at the show (subject to change without notice):

|This page is for ATTENDEES who are attending Comic-Con and wish to preorder Comic-Con exclusives now and pick them up at the show. If you are not attending Comic-Con, we will have a limited quantity of each exclusive available for sale here on our website beginning Tuesday, July 26.|
Preorder and Pick Up Policy
You can place your pre-orders via this secure website or by calling toll free within the U.S. and Canada 1-866-SHOP-AFX (746-7239). For customers outside the U.S. and Canada you can place your pre-orders via this website or by calling 1-818-935-5239.
You can pay for your pre-order via Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and/or PayPal.Please note your credit card must be in your own name and the billing address must match the information associated with your issuing bank. If either your name or your billing address does not match, then your pre-order will be cancelled without further notice.
Please read the details for each item as some items are extremely limited and therefore you will only be allowed to purchase a certain number of each exclusive item (per customer, household, credit card, user account, e-mail address, billing address and/or shipping address). All phone orders and online orders will be compared before the show, and multiple orders for the same items will be automatically cancelled without further notice. Any customers placing orders through multiple accounts will have excess orders canceled at the time of processing and will NOT be notified.
Because these are show exclusive items, we cannot accept any coupons or discounts. Any attempts to apply any discounts or coupons will NOT be honored and your order will be processed excluding discounts and/or coupons.
After you place your order, you must pick it up yourself from our Booth #3345. You will receive a final invoice via e-mail at the time your payment method is processed. Please make sure your email address is up to date. You will need to provide a copy of this invoice (NOT your order confirmation you received when placing your order) as well as a photo ID that includes information matching your invoice before we will release the product to you. The Order Confirmation is emailed to you after you place your order online. The invoice is emailed to you after we have successfully processed your order (see below for order processing dates). This invoice is what you will need to bring along with your photo ID to pick up your order. Nobody else may pick up your order other than yourself. This includes your spouse, children, parents, grandparents, friends, acquaintances, neighbors, pets, etc.. No exceptions. You can pick up your order from 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 21 through 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 24. Pick ups are NOT allowed on Preview Night (Wednesday, July 20). Any orders not picked up by Noon on Sunday, July 24 will be canceled and sold to Comic-con attendees on a first come, first served basis.
We will begin charging credit cards for the item(s) starting July 5, 2011. You will be e-mailed a final invoice once your order has been processed. You must bring this invoice to the show! Please do not confuse this invoice with your order confirmation, which you received immediately after placing your pre-order with us online. You must also bring a photo ID, along with your invoice, to pick up your product! If credit card is declined, you will be contacted via e-mail and have only one business day to contact us, during business hours Monday through Friday, with another form of payment. If we do not receive another payment method within that time frame, your order will be canceled without notification and your item(s) will be offered to a Wait List member. We will not be responsible for non-receipt of decline notices due to multiple e-mail addresses for you within our system, invalid e-mail addresses, or delays / spam blockages from your server / host / personal computer.
