Chinese Company RIPS OFF Apple’s New iPhone 5 with Their Patented Version Called the GooPhone i5!

The time for TROLLING has come to the digital age in China. There is a company in China releasing their version of the iPhone in China calling it the GooPhone i5? Anyone see the ripoff here? Maybe it’s just me. How ridiculous can you get? Okay, fine… The “guts” of the GooPhone i5 is Android. So what will happen is when Apple releases the iPhone 5 in a couple of days, this company will sue them for infringing on “their” patent… Fun, legal times are ahead.

The GooPhone i5 is said to feature an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core 1.4Ghz CPU, 1GB RAM and an Android 4.0 ICS with an iOS 6 theme. It will also have a 4-inch retina display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 along with a 8 mega-pixel camera.

Any thoughts on this? Who’s right? Who’s wrong? Should a company be able to blatantly copy a product and profit from it? Who will win?
